Not Everything Makes the Wall
More ramen isn't necessarily better ramen.

Building the Ramen Lab gave us access to a ridiculous amount of ramen. Different countries. Different brands. Different flavours. Different levels of why is my mouth on fire? We could stock everything. We don't want to.
The wall is becoming a curation.
We look for the things worth trying. The cult favourites. The strange flavours. The ridiculously spicy ones. The ones everyone's suddenly talking about. Then there are our own rules. Halal-certified. Interesting. Good enough to come back for. Because eventually, a big selection stops being exciting if nobody is choosing it carefully.
The goal isn't to have the most ramen. It's to have a wall worth exploring.
Found somewhere. Tried in Abuja.
Samyang today. Something we've never heard of tomorrow. That's what we want the Ramen Lab to become: a constantly changing shelf of things we're discovering from around the world, brought into one little corner of Abuja. Some will become favourites. Some will disappear. And occasionally, something completely unexpected will earn a permanent spot.
The wall keeps changing. That's the fun of it.
